ROVERS Pest Control Service Agreement This contract contains the current terms and conditions for your purchase of ROVERS Pest Control for any of the products or services listed. You acknowledge that you are fully aware of the contents of these terms and conditions and that, when placing orders and purchases for a product or service, you agree to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions. 1. SERVICESSubject to terms and conditions hereinafter set out, that COMPANY shall provide the CLIENT the above services (hereinafter called the "SERVICE"). 2. TERMS OF PAYMENT AND METHODS OF PAYMENT2.1 Nett (7) days from the date of invoice.2.2 50% deposit upon confirmation is required, Transfer to ROVERS PEST CONTROL,CIMB BANK ( 8604109551) 3. WORKING HOUR'S3.1 This quote is based on the standard working hours of the ROVERS Pest Control company, (9AM - 8PM) if it is outside the stated working hours, additional overtime charges will apply. Customer verification is required. 4. CLIENT'S COOPERATION4.1 The CLIENT agrees to cooperate fully with the COMPANY when it carries out the SERVICE and abide by instructions of the COMPANY to ensure effective result from the SERVICE.4.2 The CLIENT agrees to cooperate fully with the COMPANY when it carries out the SERVICE and abide by instructions of the COMPANY to ensure effective result from the SERVICE.4.3 Please ensure that while the insect control procedure is being performed, no children and pets, are nearby, preferably kept in a room for a while.4.4 Make sure food and beverages are not exposed, store in containers or a closed place. Exposed dishes or glasses should be washed clean before use.4.5 Upon completion of the procedure, make sure the treated area is not touched or mopped until completely dry. This is for maximum safety and effectiveness. 5. COMPANY'S OBLIGATIONS5.1 Subject to the COMPANY carrying out the SERVICE with reasonable skill, care and diligence according to this AGREEMENT, the COMPANY shall not be liable to the CLIENT for any damage or loss caused or inflicted by pest(s) to the PREMISE or the structure thereof of fixture or fittings therein or the surroundings/vicinity thereof or otherwise incidental to or in connection with the SERVICE carried out.
